Dr. David A. Fucinari, D.O., completed his Obstetrics & Gynecology residency at LSU Health Shreveport in June 2025 and began seeing patients at Rio Pecos Medical Associates in Roswell, NM, on August 4, 2025. He earned his D.O. degree from Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine (Class of 2021) and holds a B.S. in Biomedical Science from Grand Valley State University.

Services Provided:

• Full-spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care, including general and high-risk obstetrics

• Preventive women’s health: menopause management; birth control counseling and procedures

• Pap smears, cervical cancer screening, colposcopy and management of abnormal cervical findings

• Gynecologic surgery, including minimally invasive and robotic procedures

Dr. Fucinari received specialized training and is certified to operate using the state-of-the-art, da Vinci robotic surgical system to further enhance patient care, offering key benefits such as smaller incisions with less pain and scarring, shorter hospital stays and faster recovery, greater surgical precision with better visualization, and lower risks of complications.
