About Dr. Fucinari
Hannah Fucinari, DO, MS, FAAP is a board-eligible Allergist and Immunologist who provides comprehensive, evidence-based care to both children and adults.
A native New Mexican, Dr. Fucinari was born and raised in Tijeras, New Mexico. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of New Mexico and later pursued graduate studies in Global Health at Georgetown University.
Dr. Fucinari returned to New Mexico to attend the Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she was honored to be a member of the institution's second graduating class in 2021. During medical school, she met her husband, David Fucinari. She subsequently completed her Pediatrics residency at Louisiana State University Health Shreveport (LSU-HS), followed by fellowship training in Allergy and Immunology at LSU-HS.
Having grown up in rural New Mexico, Dr. Fucinari understands firsthand the challenges many communities face in accessing specialized healthcare. She is honored to return home and serve the people of southeastern New Mexico by joining Rio Pecos Medical Associates. Her mission is to provide compassionate, patient-centered allergy and immunology care while improving access to specialty services throughout the region.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Fucinari enjoys spending time with her husband, David, and their dog, Stevie Nicks. Together, they enjoy cooking, gardening, hiking, reading, traveling, and making memories with friends and family.
